Policies

TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND METHOD OF PAYMENTS:

Payment due at time of order.

Minimum purchase $100.00 canadian

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Enroute.
Cash in advance or Money orders.

All information will be held in strictest confidence.
Buyer agrees to pay all sales tax imposed on the sale of goods.

DELIVERY POLICY – METHOD OF DELIVERY

  • Orders will be shipped COLLECT (Purolator or Midland)
  • If  shipped to the US, any custom and duty charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Cannot ship to a P.O. Box address
  • All shipments require a signature to receive
  • If you require a different method of shipping, please contact us. An extra fee might apply.
  • We will ship ground to all locations unless requested otherwise (extra fee will apply)
  • Seller is not accountable for delays in delivery caused by acts of god or other circumstances which the seller has no direct control over

DATE WHEN MERCHANDISE IS TO BE DELIVERED:

There are a couple of factors involved in shipping time (i.e. cresting and stock availability) we can normally ship within 14days. Transport is normally between 2 to 5 working days depending on location and method of shipping. Therefore, please allow between 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. (customers will be advised if there are any delays in shipping)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will make every effort upon your request to change or cancel your order if we have not yet started the production process. If the production process has been started or the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will be charged the amount quoted.

REFUND POLICY

  • We will stand behind our product 100% satisfaction guarantees.
  • Full inspection of product will be done by our customer service before shipping the order.
  • We will take back any products that are defective within 30 days of your purchase
  • Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning or it will be refused.
  • All refunds will require proof of purchase.
  • Freight cost for the return is the responsibility of the customer
  • A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product, or a replacement will be returned to the customer in a timely manner.
